Every group company has a matching set of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and PDF templates — same design, its own logo, its own footer line. This page is how you get them, and how you teach your AI assistant to use them so you never start a document from a blank page again.

Each set: a five-layout deck (.pptx), a letter/report document (.docx), a workbook (.xlsx) and the document as a PDF. All on one design system — red #B11116, Cambria and Calibri, logo full colour, company footer with page number.
At shell.baobab-ts.com the templates install themselves for every signed-in colleague. Nothing to download, nothing to configure.
Ask in plain words:
Make me a CIM Metal board deck on the group template about the Q3 downtime. Write this as an official IMAFER letter and put it in my OneDrive. Turn this report into an MMD Word document.
Files made in the shell stay in the shell — ask it to put the finished file in your OneDrive or to mail it to you, and it will.
Already had the shell open when this was switched on? Type /exit,
then claude, to pick it up.
The template pack is attached to the email that sent you here
(mmd-office-templates-pack.zip). Unzip it wherever you keep your documents, and
open the file you need — they are ordinary Office files, no tooling required.
If you did not get the email, reply to MMD IT and ask for the pack.
The pack carries two skills. Any Claude Code on your machine will find them once they sit in your skills folder:

Restart the assistant. It then knows which company template to reach for, what may not be changed, and how to write a report straight onto MMD letterhead.
